Owner Biography

Teresa Ann Mulholland is the owner of Coastal Cleaning of Amelia, LLC. In 2008 the cleaning company she was working for left Florida. As a single mother with small children, she started her own cleaning company. With hard work, commitment and dedication she created Coastal Cleaning of Amelia, the Premier Residential & Vacation Rental cleaning company in Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island and surrounding area. She is married with 3 young adults and is a Native to Fernandina Beach, Florida. Best described by her friends as Dynamic, Innovative, and Caring. Teresa Mulholland is also the owner of Amelia Island Vacation Rentals, LLC
